Location: 100% Remote Wage: $14 / hour Hours: Set Your Own Hours 8am-8pm (7 days per Week) Job Duties Include: Answering phone calls and emails from current customers. Coordinating customer solutions interdepartmentally. Troubleshooting customer technical and policy issues. Documenting client interactions for quality and training purposes. Must Be Proficient in the Following Areas: Customer Service. Email & Phone Etiquette. Quiet Workstation with Computer and Internet Access.
